What You See is What You Get

summary:

Some of you may be too young to remember how the acronym “WYSIWYG” which stands for “What You See is What You Get” became part of the early jargon of the computer world. In terms of document word processing, it meant that what was displayed on the screen (in terms of font as well as line, paragraph, and page breaks) would appear the same way in the printed document. It is exciting to think that the “WYSIWYG” concept can now be carried over to the dental industry in reference to full, partial, or implant-retained dentures at the try-in stage.
